Another new arrival to the lab...

As the sweltering summer heat builds up - along with the daily afternoon thunderstorms - we now welcome Aidan Nuzum-Clark to the lab. Aidan joins us with a background in computer science, and an interest in exploring how computations within the brain may relate to those in artificial neural networks.

In the lab, he will first be focusing on how differences in the development of the brain may relate to the differences that we see in the training of deep neural networks. We're looking forward to what insights this towering new member of our lab will be able to glean from his computational analyses, and to the novel perspective that his computer science background will bring in our lively lab discussions.
